WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • STANDARD (2-3 business days) once posted.
  • Delivery time is calculated in business days and can vary on your location.
  • Your order will be sent via Australia Post with each order having tracking.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
  • All orders are final. We aim to ship on the day of your order or the next business day so please contact us ASAP with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.


LOCAL PICK UP

  • Local pick up is available from Rawspice Boutique Shop 2/1 Livingstone Street South West Rocks NSW 2431
  • 9.00am - 4pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 1:30pm Saturday, 10am - 1pm Sunday

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. 



EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If your purchase is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the style we are happy to have you return the item and issue you with a STORE CREDIT ONLY  to the value of the item . Returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.  Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date your return is received.  We do not offer exchange or returns on sale items.

If you would like to return an item for credit, please contact us via email do not just post items back with out contacting us. Please note the cost of the return postage is at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so please ensure you use a postal service that ensures the value of the items you are posting. Our Returns address is:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.

It can take up to 5 business days for your return to arrive to our shop.  Once your item has been received the credit will be applied to your account and available in payment information on your next purchase.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We offer refunds on faulty garments only.  It is the customers responsibility to check the garment for faults when they receive it and to notify us within 10 days.  If a fault is found in the garment after that time we will not accept it.


GENERAL SIZING GUIDE

  • A general guide to sizing is XS = 8, S = 10, M = 12, L = 14
  • Please note that sizing does vary slightly on different styles.
